Job Description

We’re hiring a Creative Director to serve as the vision-holder and execution strategist for multiple branding and content initiatives. This is a client-facing resourcing role, meaning you’ll lead or advise remote creative teams placed within agencies, startups, or internal marketing departments.


You must have a proven eye for visual identity, a deep understanding of audience engagement across digital platforms, and the ability to guide content across formats — social, video, print, motion, UI/UX, and branding. You’ll be responsible for ideation, campaign direction, and ensuring brand consistency across all assets delivered by the team under you.


If you can balance big-picture brand vision with high-quality execution, and if you can work cross-culturally with global clients — this role is for you. You will often be the first point of creative contact and are expected to provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and campaign-level solutions that drive ROI and recognition.

Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve creative strategies for client brands and internal projects
  • Lead conceptualisation of campaigns, visuals, taglines, and messaging
  • Oversee branding guidelines, color palettes, tone, and design templates
  • Manage and mentor designers, copywriters, video editors, and motion teams
  • Translate briefs into structured deliverables with timelines and visual references
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions and moodboard presentations
  • Collaborate with account/project managers to align timelines and expectations
  • Review final outputs to ensure creative excellence and brand fit
  • Push boundaries with formats like reels, AI visuals, interactive storytelling, etc.
  • Support digital ad creative development for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Represent creative thinking in client meetings and workshops
  • Help build creative case studies, pitch decks, and portfolio presentations
  • Handle rapid-fire campaign turnarounds when needed
  • Stay updated with design, platform, and culture trends globally
Requirements
  • 6+ years in a creative leadership or senior art/copy role
  • Portfolio that shows visual versatility, storytelling depth, and brand building
  • Strong team management and feedback delivery skills
  • Comfort working across geographies and time zones
  • Fluent in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, etc.)
  • Strategic understanding of digital-first marketing
  • Experience working with remote teams (preferred)
