Job Description

We are hiring experienced and engaging Sales Trainers to support client teams in improving their lead handling, pitch delivery, objection handling, and closure rates. You will deliver live virtual sessions or in-person workshops depending on project needs.


You will be responsible for creating training content, running mock call sessions, listening to recorded calls, and guiding teams on follow-up strategy, funnel clarity, and CRM usage.


This is a client-facing role and ideal for trainers who’ve worked in outbound/inside sales environments and can simplify techniques while keeping learners motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured sales training programs tailored to client industries
  • Conduct onboarding, refresher, and advanced sales coaching sessions
  • Create training decks, roleplay scenarios, and objection handling templates
  • Listen to recorded calls and provide constructive feedback
  • Coach teams on lead conversion, rapport building, and sales scripting
  • Collaborate with client managers on performance goals and training gaps
  • Use platforms like Zoom, Meet, or LMS systems to conduct sessions
  • Assist in building SOPs, CRM usage guides, and sales cheat sheets
  • Track progress through quizzes, call scorecards, or surveys
  • Motivate underperforming agents with focused coaching
  • Share weekly updates on training impact and attendance
  • Align content delivery with brand voice and compliance
  • Maintain a calendar of sessions, evaluations, and follow-ups
  • Support hiring managers with sales assessment during recruitment (if required)
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales training, telesales, or B2B sales coaching
  • Strong understanding of inside sales, outbound, funnel management, and CRM workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like CRM, dialers, or call recording software
  • Experience with remote training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Self-driven and adaptable to multiple industry sales processes
  • Fluency in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus for Dubai/Middle East roles)
