Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Photographer to join our creative resource pool for project-based or full-time assignments. You’ll be deployed for brand shoots, product photography, event coverage, lifestyle shoots, and content creation based on client needs and schedule.


This is a highly flexible role, ideal for professionals who can travel within their city and have a solid understanding of composition, lighting, camera settings, and editing workflows. The ideal candidate should own their camera gear, have experience working with clients or creative directors, and be confident in both solo and team setups.


From retail stores and fashion to corporate portraits and influencer events — your work will be a direct representation of brand identity. You’ll be expected to deliver edited, high-resolution photographs in a professional format and manage timelines effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality images based on shoot brief and style guidelines
  • Coordinate with art directors, models, or clients on shoot day
  • Handle lighting setup, framing, and creative direction on-site
  • Conduct indoor or outdoor shoots as per assignment type
  • Manage photography gear and maintain backup equipment
  • Deliver raw and edited files in client-preferred formats (JPG, PNG, PSD)
  • Maintain photo metadata, file naming, and folders professionally
  • Work with stylists or assistants when required for production shoots
  • Retouch images using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or other tools
  • Visit locations for recce when applicable
  • Upload deliverables to cloud or project folders post-editing
  • Handle post-event coverage tasks like selection and color grading
  • Communicate progress during multi-day or batch shoot schedules
  • Work with tight timelines and multiple brand aesthetics
  • Ensure copyright-compliant output with original shoot-only submissions
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of photography experience in any 2 of the following: product, portrait, fashion, event, editorial
  • Must own a professional DSLR/mirrorless camera and lighting kit
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Capture One
  • Strong visual composition, use of natural/artificial light, and framing techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple shoot setups in a day
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and presentation are musts
  • Portfolio link or sample work submission is mandatory
