Job Description

We are hiring experienced DevOps Engineers to join our remote talent bench. You'll work with client tech teams to manage infrastructure, deploy updates, monitor uptime, and automate workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and AWS.


You’ll be responsible for setting up CI/CD pipelines, securing environments, managing version control systems, and supporting development environments for frontend and backend teams. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in real production environments and cloud platforms.


This role is suited for engineers who love problem-solving, automation, and infrastructure reliability — and can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
  • Automate deployment processes across staging and production environments
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean
  • Use Docker, Kubernetes, or container tools to standardize environments
  • Monitor app and server uptime, logs, and performance using observability tools
  • Implement load balancing, auto-scaling, and failover systems
  • Ensure security compliance with firewall rules, keys, and access control
  • Maintain Git repositories, branching standards, and code versioning
  • Assist developers with staging setup and deployment issues
  • Create scripts for backups, rollbacks, or failover automation
  • Document processes, configs, and system architecture clearly
  • Manage cost optimization and resource usage in cloud environments
  • Support release cycles and system updates with minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with QA for deployment-ready build validations
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-based environments
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS, Linux, Docker, and Git
  • Familiarity with build automation and deployment scripting
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
  • Understanding of microservices, load balancing, and container orchestration
  • Good problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Availability to support deployments or outages (on rotation)
