Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and proactive Web Developer to join our offshore resource pool. This role is for a client-facing assignment and demands strong hands-on development capabilities in modern tech stacks. You’ll be expected to work independently, manage assigned tasks via collaborative tools, and communicate clearly across sprints or project goals.


You may be assigned to multiple web-related scopes including landing page development, website redesign, CMS customization, frontend enhancements, and technical troubleshooting. Depending on your tech stack experience, you will work with internal teams or directly under client tech leads using tools like GitHub, Trello, Slack, and others.


This role suits candidates who are comfortable working remotely, handling deadlines, and can adapt to cross-timezone communication. Whether you're frontend-focused, backend-strong, or full-stack savvy — we have multiple ongoing assignments across sectors including EdTech, eCommerce, Corporate Services, and Real Estate.


You must bring a strong sense of accountability, aesthetic sensitivity (if frontend), and the ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Work with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue (depending on client)
  • Implement backend logic in PHP, Node.js, or Python
  • Customize themes and plugins in WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS
  • Participate in daily/weekly sprints and stand-up meetings
  • Optimize site performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO structure
  • Troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility and security issues
  • Collaborate with designers and backend teams for API integration
  • Maintain and version control code in Git repositories
  • Handle plugin updates and resolve bugs reported by QA teams
  • Deliver projects on agreed timelines with quality benchmarks
  • Prepare technical documentation and deployment notes
  • Maintain UI/UX consistency across all device types
  • Support live testing and staging environment configurations
  • Suggest architectural improvements or scalability fixes when needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web development
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for version control
  • Experience in either frontend (React/Angular) or backend (Node/PHP)
  • Strong problem-solving and bug-fixing mindset
  • Comfortable with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
  • Excellent communication and task ownership skills
