Job Description

We are hiring process-oriented HR Coordinators who can support hiring workflows, maintain employee records, and assist in remote onboarding. You will work as part of the client’s HR team (or solo in early-stage orgs), managing data, interviews, and coordination activities.


You should be familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Zoho People, or Excel and understand core HR processes. From scheduling interviews to formatting offer letters, you’ll be the operational bridge between candidates, recruiters, and payroll teams.


This role suits people who are calm, structured, and discreet with sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews via email or calendar tools
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and internal recruitment pipelines
  • Assist with onboarding checklists, document collection, and background verifications
  • Format and issue offer letters using pre-approved templates
  • Maintain employee databases and personal record folders
  • Support performance review documentation and attendance logs
  • Coordinate with payroll/finance for HR data alignment
  • Help plan internal announcements, joining formalities, or welcome kits
  • Track probation periods and contract renewals for offshore teams
  • Ensure HR documents are version-controlled and audit-ready
  • Respond to internal queries related to leaves, policies, or tools
  • Join team HR calls and update daily trackers for leadership
  • Handle compliance documents like NDAs, tax forms, and ID proofs
  • Prepare basic HR reports weekly/monthly for project reviews
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or coordination
  • Familiar with hiring workflows, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets formatting knowledge
  • Experience using Zoho People, Freshteam, or similar HR tools
  • Able to manage multiple tasks without supervision
  • Trustworthy with confidential data and internal files
