Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and multi-skilled Marketing Specialist to join our offshore marketing pool. The ideal candidate will work remotely with international brands, supporting campaign planning, content execution, platform setup, and performance tracking.


You’ll be expected to assist in day-to-day marketing tasks like email creation, landing page coordination, social media planning, blog publishing, and reporting. You should have working knowledge of 2–3 marketing platforms/tools and a good understanding of funnels, conversions, and digital traffic flows.


This role is suited for individuals who can multitask, adapt to client brand tones, and work with both creative and data teams. If you're someone who can blend communication and conversion — this is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate social media posting schedules and creatives
  • Support basic SEO implementations and keyword usage
  • Help create newsletters and email marketing flows (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
  • Schedule blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets on CMS platforms
  • Generate reports using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar
  • Manage campaign performance sheets and update weekly trackers
  • Research trends, hashtags, and content themes
  • Collaborate with designers and writers for content alignment
  • Track competitor campaigns and audience behavior
  • Communicate with clients via Slack, Zoom, or Trello
  • Support internal marketing team on ongoing projects and launches
  • Manage small paid ad budgets if required
  • Suggest ideas for engagement boosts, CTA testing, or creative hooks
  • Maintain content calendar logs and update status sheets regularly
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or campaign coordination
  • Working knowledge of email marketing, basic SEO, and social media tools
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Zoho Campaigns
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Fast learner and team player with marketing instincts
  • Must be able to work with time-based tasks and reports
  • Any portfolio of previous campaigns is a plus
