Job Description

We are hiring confident, fluent English Communication Coaches who can deliver online or in-person coaching to learners looking to improve their professional English. You'll work with entry-level staff, customer-facing teams, or students — focusing on real-world fluency, email etiquette, vocabulary, and pronunciation.


You will design lessons or use client-provided modules to help participants improve their verbal, written, and non-verbal communication. This role suits someone passionate about teaching, with high patience, engaging energy, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct English coaching sessions in 1:1 or group formats
  • Focus on fluency, grammar correction, vocabulary building, and listening skills
  • Teach email writing, report formatting, and professional communication norms
  • Create engaging activities like role-plays, mock calls, and presentation practice
  • Help learners gain confidence in phone, meeting, or client-facing situations
  • Track progress with assessments, quizzes, and feedback logs
  • Tailor content based on learner levels — beginner to intermediate
  • Share weekly reports with clients or managers (if part of company upskilling)
  • Deliver online sessions via Zoom, Meet, or LMS platforms
  • Motivate learners to practice, revise, and stay consistent
  • Support special projects like campus to corporate training
  • Suggest reading, video, or grammar improvement resources
  • Maintain classroom decorum and adult learning empathy
Requirements
  • 2–5 years experience in English training, coaching, or classroom instruction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle diverse learner groups with patience
  • Familiar with ESL teaching methods and digital tools
  • Passionate about personal development and learner motivation
  • Comfortable delivering sessions remotely or in hybrid formats
  • Any certification in English training (IELTS, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus
