Job Description

We’re hiring Graphic Designers to support international clients with clean, consistent, brand-aligned design work across digital and print formats. You’ll work closely with project managers and copywriters to create visual assets like social media posts, banners, pitch decks, flyers, and ad creatives.


Designers should have a strong grasp of layout balance, color theory, typography, and contemporary design trends. Most assignments require daily or weekly outputs across different formats, so speed and adaptability are crucial. You should be comfortable with remote collaboration tools and able to follow brand guidelines closely.


Whether you're using Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator — the final output must always be sharp, strategic, and delivery-ready. If you have a passion for visual communication and can deliver creative assets under pressure — this role is built for you.

Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets for digital platforms: social media, banners, ads, etc.
  • Collaborate with project leads to understand design briefs and objectives
  • Create brand-aligned templates and maintain consistency across formats
  • Edit, adapt, and repurpose visuals as per campaign needs
  • Prepare high-quality files for print or digital publishing
  • Work with Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (as per client tool)
  • Follow visual hierarchy and typography principles
  • Deliver edits or new versions on short turnaround timelines
  • Create pitch decks, brochures, mockups, and infographics
  • Suggest creative directions based on moodboards or references
  • Keep all folders, files, and naming conventions professionally organized
  • Ensure all designs are original and copyright-safe
  • Participate in daily check-ins, share WIPs, and handle feedback cycles
  • Maintain a version-controlled file system and asset bank
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic or visual design
  • Proficiency in at least 2 design tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.
  • Ability to follow briefs, brand kits, and visual standards
  • Knowledge of basic design principles and layout structure
  • Strong eye for detail and clean alignment
  • Comfortable delivering 3–5 creatives per day based on complexity
