Job Description

We are hiring skilled Lead Research Analysts to work on global data sourcing projects. You will be responsible for identifying, filtering, and verifying leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and Google. Your role is vital to building prospect databases that power email marketing, sales outreach, and partnerships.


This job requires strong internet research skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of business filters like industry, designation, location, and technology use.


You will work independently or under project leads to deliver clean CSVs, validate email formats, and structure data according to campaign needs. Familiarity with enrichment tools or email verifiers is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Source B2B or B2C leads based on filters like geography, title, industry, etc.
  • Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or public databases
  • Research decision-makers and compile contact info into Excel/CSV formats
  • Cross-check email formats using tools like NeverBounce or Hunter
  • Clean and organize large lead lists before handing off to sales or marketing
  • Verify details such as phone numbers, website URLs, job titles, etc.
  • Update or enrich existing lead sheets provided by clients
  • Conduct market scans or competitor tracking if requested
  • Maintain data accuracy, deduplication, and formatting consistency
  • Support account managers with daily lead quotas or research goals
  • Create segmentation sheets by region, department, or buyer intent
  • Stay updated on industry terms and search keyword variations
  • Document research sources and verify authenticity when needed
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in lead generation, market research, or data mining
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, or Skrapp
  • Basic knowledge of business structures and email formats
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for formatting and filters
  • Attention to detail and zero tolerance for data duplication
  • Understanding of buyer personas and ICP filters (preferred)
  • Must submit 2 sample lead sheets or previous project summary
