Job Description

We’re hiring detail-obsessed, modern-thinking Figma UI Designers to work across landing pages, mobile interfaces, dashboards, and brand components. Your job is to create responsive, scalable designs using Figma — aligned with client brand kits and dev workflows.


You will turn wireframes, moodboards, or rough notes into complete design systems with consistent grids, spacing, and UX logic. You’ll collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoffs and with content teams to balance design with storytelling.


This is a remote, client-facing role ideal for creatives who care equally about typography, padding, and button feedback states.

Responsibilities
  • Design responsive UI layouts in Figma using best practices and design systems
  • Create screens, components, variants, and auto-layout structures
  • Turn briefs or wireframes into clickable prototypes with transitions
  • Build mobile-first layouts and desktop-responsive adjustments
  • Maintain brand consistency across colors, fonts, and assets
  • Collaborate with developers for spec exports, spacing, and dev-ready files
  • Present designs to internal teams or client stakeholders
  • Revise based on feedback while preserving hierarchy and balance
  • Design dashboards, landing pages, or onboarding flows for web/mobile
  • Document Figma structures and ensure version control
  • Create reusable components or templates for scale
  • Support A/B versions or design tests for landing page performance
  • Follow UX trends, accessibility standards, and web design innovations
  • Prepare assets for development — SVGs, PNGs, icon packs, etc.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in UI/UX design using Figma
  • Strong portfolio with 3+ live or conceptual projects
  • Knowledge of auto-layout, components, prototyping, and constraints
  • Ability to design across screen sizes and formats
  • Experience working with dev teams for handoff
  • Clear communication skills and task ownership
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Webflow, or Canva is a plus
